ENTRY INFORMATION: Entries for Championship, Premiership, AOV, and Provisional classes must have the registration number on the entry blank and printed in the catalog. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Entry clerk will phone collect to clarify entries where necessary. BENCHING requests will be honored wherever possible. One request or Agent allowed per exhibitor. NO NEGATIVE REQUESTS. CFA Show Rules will be strictly enforced. Rules may be obtained from CFA by sending $5.00 to PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736-1005

MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: CFA Southwest Region. No refund for failure to bench. No postdated checks. $35 charge for returned checks.  No Kittens under the age of 4 months, or cats not officially entered are allowed in the show hall. FEES must accompany a signed Entry Blank, unless Faxed or E-Mailed. ALL FAX or E-MAIL ENTRIES must be paid within 10 days or at check-in. whichever comes first per CFA Rules.

SHOW HALL: The Palm Springs Convention Center, 277 N. Avenida Caballeros, Palm Springs, CA 92262, (800) 333-7535, (760) 325-6611. The show hall is air conditioned, and handicapped accessible. There is a $6.00 parking fee. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED EXCEPT OUTSIDE.

DIRECTIONS to Show hall: From the 10 Freeway heading East:  Exit onto CA-111 S, toward Palm Springs. Continue on N. Palm Canyon Dr.,   Turn left at E. Alejo Rd. Turn right at N. Avenida Caballeros to 277 N. Avenida Caballeros. From the 10 Freeway heading west:  Take the Palm Dr. exit toward Desert Hot Springs.  Turn left at N. Gene Autry Trail/Palm Dr.  Turn right at E. Vista Chino.  Turn left at N. Sunrise Way.  Turn right at East Amado Rd.  Turn left at N. Avenida Caballeros to 277 N. Avenida Caballeros.

CHECK IN:  Check-in time will be from 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.  Judging will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. No Cage may be dismantled without the Show Manager's approval or until all finals have been completed.   Public Show Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Public admission fee is $5.00

BENCHING: Cages are 36" wide by 24" deep by 27" high. If your Security cage will not fit in this space, you must purchase a groom space. Only one cat
or 2 kittens per cage in accordance with CFA show rules.

LITTER: Will be provided. Bring your own litter pans.

HOTEL and BANQUET: Palm Springs Hilton, 400 East Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262-6605, (760) 320-6868.  For reservations go to
the Hilton Website or call 800-522-6900.  Use the code TCF for CFA discounted rate of $139.00 per night for a King or two Queen beds. All reservations must be made by June 7th to insure these rates.  There is a $50.00 cat fee, refundable on inspection at check out. 
Banquet Tickets: $55.00. For Resevations Contact: Penni Richter (951)787-6260. or pbrichter@earthlink.net   Groups must place reservations at the same time.  Dinner Choices: Chicken Picatta, London Broil, or Four Herb Pasta.  Tables seat 10.  First come first serve for seating.  For partial and complete tables of 10 please send Penni a list of all names and all money.  Seating will not be guaranteed without proper payment.  ALL reservations (with payment) must be made by June16th (the earlier the better)  Banquet Cocktail Hour, 6:00 p.m.  Dinner, 7:00 p.m.

Show Hall FOOD: There is concession food available at the convention center.  No food may be brought into the Show Hall.  Sorry no Grand Parties.

HEALTH: This is a non-vetted show. It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, and calici viruses and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All entries must be free of fleas or fungus. All claws must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not allowed for entry, per CFA show rules.

AWARDS: Ribbons and awards will be given according to CFA show rules. Permanent awards will be used for class awards. Fabric ribbons will be available upon request.

THE CROWN CITY CAT CLUB, THE CFA SOUTHWEST REGION, AND/OR THE PALM SPRINGS CONVENTION CENTER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE, LOSS, PERSONAL INJURY OR LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY. NO CATS MAY BE LEFT OVERNIGHT IN THE SHOW HALL. THERE WILL BE NO VENDING FROM CAGES OR GROOM SPACES.
